Gab Miranda

Gab has a background in finance and business information systems, including experience in financial planning and analysis, where he built an interest in understanding numbers and using data to support decisions. His interest later grew into technology and systems that help improve processes and make work more effective. 

 
Gab first joined Talking Matters as a volunteer during the organisation's CRM transition. He is now the Salesforce Administrator, supporting the ongoing improvement of systems and workflows across the organisation. He enjoys finding ways to streamline processes and make the CRM more useful and easier for the team to use.
