Madeleine drives a strategic plan based on principles of whanaungatanga, akoranga and mana motuhake, powering Talking Matters to achieve great outcomes for the very youngest citizens of Aotearoa.  She manages a small team of facilitators and data analysts who support whānau, services and educators to build and sustain language-rich environments for tamariki in their first 2,000 days.
