Sacha has worked in education for over 25 years, with a Master of Education and a Master of Early Childhood Education. She has worked across all areas of early childhood education, as well as with the Ministry of Education.
Sacha has been part of the Talking Matters team for three years and also runs her own business, Mīharo, where she supports early childhood services with professional development and operational practice.
She is passionate about language actions and strategies that strengthen tamariki language and literacy skills in an ever-changing world, while upholding the mana motuhake of their home languages. Sacha brings extensive experience, knowledge and a strong commitment to supporting tamariki, whānau and early childhood services.
